Hi Terri, the upgrade special is for members with a paid hosting package. Since you have a free account, you could order a year of any paid hosting package and we would give you the next package up and move you to the new dashboard. If you want to keep your site free, you can do that, but you'll have to wait to move to the new dashboard as we're giving first dibs on that to people who take advantage of the upgrade special.

Hi Wayne, right now the move is voluntary, so you don't NEED to move. But eventually we will be migrating everyone to the new, easier-to-use dashboard.

Hi Beth, yes. If you renew your bronze hosting package now for another year, we'll bump it up to silver at no extra cost which gives you more space for media, plus we'll move you to the new dashboard which has better/easier invoicing and billing. It won't affect your WordPress site at all or your WordPress dashboard which you use to update it.
