Whenever I build a site for a client I ask them to give me at least three examples of sites they like the look and functionality of. We then then review the sites and decide what exactly it is they like about each one. I have found that visual examples greatly aid the development process. Thanks for the article!

Braden, we run into that challenge as well. That's why we work with our clients to create a content map before we start developing their website. That way they can be working on content while we're working on the theme, installation, configuration, etc.
