I don't see metaengines getting big. They had a short run where they got some traffic (though nothing too impressive), but these days they have such a small market share none of the market share reports even include them anymore and I don't see that improving.

Yeah, DuckDuckGo is still young and working on improving things, but their commitment to privacy and no filter bubble are admirable.
