I just created my Church page and I'm having the same problem. I tried changing the settings as suggested and it's still not working. We have over a 100 fans I can not ask them all to unlike and re-like the page. How embarrassing that would be. Has anyone come up with a solution or received a response from facebook? I've submitted the problem… no response

I am not sure why the advertisement was denied twice prior to this, but it is running now (we have even had a few people click through)!

I know they don’t provide much (any?) help for FB users, but I would think they have support for advertisers.

We are posting local Christian events and the group membership has really taken off. The advertisement was disallowed due to inappropriate advertisement targeting. The advertisement was targeting people in Massachusetts whose profiles contain Christianity related keywords (Holy Bible, Bible Study, Worship Team, etc.). I don’t see what is inappropriate about that- it seems perfectly targeted to me. Unfortunately, their is nobody to debate about their decisions.

I am wondering if they are discriminating against Christian groups and/or trying to prevent our growth on facebook. Perhaps our advertisement is targeting too many people, and they are worried that it would prevent higher paying advertisers from getting their advertisements viewed? I prefer to believe that it is the second scenario… That the number of Christians on facebook is growing and they are worried about how they will ever make money off of us.

I should also note that I was able to submit a similar advertisement a month ago, but it wasn’t a money maker for them. Maybe it is all about the money, and Christian advertisers aren’t filling their wallets.

Yes. I checked it and everything is allowed/marked. It’s a pity Facebook doesn’t have a service for this king of support. 🙁

Ask your fans to remove themselves as fans and the become a fan again. Before you do that, you might want to try Daniel’s suggestion of going into the page’s options and toggling the settings off and then on. Post an update and let us know how it goes.

I have the same problem creating our website Facebook Fan Page. I have tried to post in our wall and it doesn’t appear in our fans newsfeed. Do you have any solution for this? I’m desperate.

Thanks,
Diana
