Bill, thanks for your comment. You mentioned “changing emphasis…” I think a lot of people would be interested to know where you thought the empasis was before, what your new emphasis is, and how that is reflected in the design. What specific changes have you made or are you making to implement that emphsis?

Changing emphasis and making navigation easier. It is still not online yet but as you know a new design does not happen instantly. I think it should be online in a few weeks pending missing content. This has to be a team effort if we want it to work. Thanks for the great work Paul.
