New and Gold Users Have Access Now
The training provided in the WP-EZ Training Center is most helpful when a person first starts building their website. This is why everyone who purchases a new web hosting package gets immediate access to the Training Center.
However, the training is also very helpful for people who have already started building their website but want to understand the tools better and want to improve their website. That’s why today we made the Training Center available to all WP-EZ 2.0 users who have the Gold hosting package.
To start your training, login to MyOCC and click the Training Center banner at the top.
(Note that the training is specifically for the 2.0 version of our WP-EZ Website Builder. If you are still using 1.0, we don’t want to confuse you with training that doesn’t look like the tools you’re using. As soon as you migrate to 2.0, you’ll be given access.)
What about Silver and Bronze sites?
We thought a gradual rollout of the WP-EZ Training Center would be best so it doesn’t get overloaded and we can continue to make improvements as we get feedback from the first group of people to complete the training.
We do plan to extend access to the Training Center to organizations with Silver sites next and Bronze sites after that. We haven’t decided on a specific timetable but we estimate it will be over the next 2-4 months.
If you have a Silver or Bronze package, and you would like access to the Training Center sooner, we encourage you to upgrade to Gold and you’ll receive access within one business day. To do that, login to MyOCC, click on your web hosting package, and select the Upgrade option. If you need help, feel free to reply to this email or start a live chat on our website.
