I asked Gary and Greg to share a little about their business, what it was like prior to contacting OurChurch.Com, what the process was like working with OCC, and how their business has changed since they started working with OCC?
Q: Tell me about the issues you were struggling with before you contacted OCC?
A: Before partnering with OurChurch.com to build and manage our website we continually had problems with our site. We had the same issues over and over. We couldn’t ever reach the site managers by phone, we never received suggestions on how to improve the site or how to drive traffic to it, and we couldn’t even count on our website to be online on a consistent basis.
Q: What was the process like working with OCC?
A: OurChurch.com has proven to be an excellent company to work with. The process of setting up our site was easy, fast, and professional. They were willing to discuss the site during non working hours to accommodate our schedule. They provided us with several options fully explaining the advantages for each option.
