There’s a new study that has come out which showed that a huge percentage of people who did one simple thing converted, usually that same day. What is it?
I’ll tell in today’s video.
In other news, Bing launched their new voice interactive assistant which they are calling Cortana. It works much like Siri on the iPhone. Cortana is available on Windows phone 8.1. I’ll tell you all about that and about what Yelp, Bing, and Google have been up to in the past month in this month’s SEO Update video.

Kurt, thanks for another informative update this month. That 80% figure is remarkable. Do you have a link to the original article/publication?
Yeah, sorry about that. I had the link in the full transcript post, but forgot to add it here. Here's the link: http://searchengineland.com/study-78-percent-loca…
I wonder if Cortana would be the next big thing. I'm excited. I like using search nearby feature on google map.
I'm not sure Cortana can become the next big thing only because there's already Siri and Google Now. So, Microsoft is really playing catchup at this point. Cortana could be very good and do everything it's supposed to and still just be another feature on the phone. It seems to me that Cortana would have to do some amazing things (which I haven't seen are part of it yet) to be the next big thing. But it's still something to be excited about if you are getting a Windows 8.1 phone.
