We have all experienced it before… You call your credit card company, cable provider, bank, insurance company, etc and you get connected with “Phil” or “Sara”, whom you have never spoken with (and you wonder if that really is their actual name). If you get disconnected with them and call back again, “Dan” or “Jenny” answers the phone and you have to explain the reason you are calling all over again.
In the day of huge companies and outsourced support, you rarely develop any kind of rapport with the people who work for the company with whom you do business. You are just an account number, phone number, or billing address.

We at OurChurch.Com believe that God designed men and women to live in relationship with each other. We also believe that one aspect of security of your website and account is that you aren’t required to interact with countless people at OurChurch.Com. In fact, one of the advantages and benefits of having OCC build your custom website design is that you have a dedicated support specialist (Debbie) and dedicated account manager (Mark – me). Occasionally, you will get the chance to speak with Paul, if Mark or Debbie are out:)
When you have OCC build your custom church website, it basically works like this…
- During the information gathering/sales process, you will speak/email with Mark. I will answer all your questions and if I don’t have the answers, I will find out the answers and get back in touch with you.
- During the site building process, you will speak/email with Mark. I will guide you throughout the entire site building process, collect the content you provide for your website, and when the site is done I send you login information to your site and training tutorials so you can update your site.
- After your site is launched, you will primarily speak/email with Debbie, though you can still contact me whenever you want.
- All of our Custom Website Packages include a free new design every 3 years. During this redesign process, Mark will be your contact until you approve your new design and it is launched. Afterwards, you primarily will interact with Debbie, but I’m still here to help as well.
