We are in the heat of summer. Many of you have already, are currently, or will in the near future, travel to get away for a bit this summer.
However, just because you and many of your church members are traveling this summer, don’t cruise through the summer without updating your website.
In addition to taking vacations, many families who are relocating to new cities are looking for new churches when they arrive.
What kind of impression does it give someone to read about the Memorial Day church BBQ or VBS that happened the first week of June?
So if you are in charge of updating the website, make sure you remove outdated information.
Also, keep updating the site with new activities that are happening over the summer to encourage current members to stay connected.
Enjoy your summer because it won’t last long. Just don’t forget about your website during this time!
Summer’s lease hath all too short a date. ―William Shakespeare
