The service is requested and provided for churches in the Northern Virginia area. The administrator will work with any Baptist church pastor in providing service on the church’s site. With these rankings, GeriSmallGroups.com is getting hundreds of visitors each month which is helping the ministry to be able to serve the Lord in a greater capacity.  Gearline Young, the website owner and primary counselor, has had several people contact her looking for individual counseling and she is excited about a new book she will be releasing this fall and her winter season starting in 2011.
