House of One in Faith is a residential pregnancy ministry that provides physical and spiritual support as well as education and life-skills training.
They are based in Ocala, Florida and assist residents through their pregnancy with all intentions that the resident girl continue on the adoption track for their baby.
Rev. James Snyder contacted OurChurch.Com looking for a website that would help their ministry with their goals of reaching their community.
I asked Rev. Snyder about the process of building a custom website design and how he thought it would help House of One in Faith:
Q: Tell me about your situation before you contacted OurChurch.Com:
A: We were starting a new ministry reaching out to pregnant girls and women. We needed something that would be attractive to these young women. We needed someone who could develop the proper website that would do this. Not being very technical minded we needed someone who could step up and develop what we needed.
Q: What was the process like working with OurChurch.Com?
A: Working with OurChurch.com was a good experience. They knew exactly how to process what we needed. I just had to explain what I needed and they were able to come up the necessary website. I was very happy with the end product.
Q: What are some of the benefits you see the new website providing to the your ministry?
A: It gives us a legitimate online platform for our ministry. We created a video that provides an overview of our ministry which is featured on our homepage. The website gives us the ability to provide regular updates to our supporters and gives our supporters an easy way to make donations to our ministry.
