Continuing our blog series on church outreach…
OurChurch.Com is a ministry partner of The JoyFM. The JoyFM has a number of ways they help churches reach out to people in their communities.
1) Find a Church
The JoyFM has a “Find a Church” feature on their website. If your church is in Florida, Georgia or Alabama, check to see if it’s listed. If its not, click the “Add Your Church” at the bottom of the page to get your church included.
2) Family Events Calendar
The JoyFM also has a “Family Calendar” on it website which lists upcoming events happening in the area. If your church is hosting any kind of an event like a concert, fall festival, conference, or class, you can fill out an online form to get it listed on their website.
3) Joy.Crew Events
The JoyFM partners with a lot organizations to help promote events on the air to their listening audience. Arrangements can also be made to have The JoyFM staff come out to your event and give away freebees. They call these Joy.Crew Events. Check out some of the Joy.Crew Events they have coming up.
Radio helps you break into a whole different audience. -Martin Garrix

Of course, The JoyFM can only help you in these 3 ways if your church is located within their listening areas in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. If you live outside their listening area, your local Christian radio station may have similar opportunities.
And remember, if your Christian church, school, ministry or business needs a better website to reach more people online, OurChurch.Com can help with that.
If you act now and start building your new website by September 30th, we’ll give you free domain registration for a year!
Comment and discuss… Has your church ever used radio in its outreach?
