We’re pleased to announce some new improvements to the WP-EZ Church Website Builder, including new additions to the page editor toolbar that enable users to set the font face and font size of text, a table editor, and 14 new versions of the Bizco theme.
Set Font Face & Font Size
Two of the features most requested by WP-EZ users since it launched have been the ability to set the font and size for all or part of the text on a page. Users can now do this.
I do want to point out, however, that we added these features with some reluctance because of their tendency to be abused, so…
Please do not abuse text color, font & size options and make your website look like a ransom note.
Table Editor
Another feature we just added which had been requested by users has been the ability to add and edit tables in a web page. This can be useful if you want to align content items in rows or columns. You’ll now find a table icon in the toolbar when you edit pages.
We updated the video tutorial for the Page Editor Toolbar Overview to show the new font face, font size and table options.
14 New Bizco Theme Color Variations
We told you last month that one part of our plan to improve and expand theme options for WP-EZ is to choose one theme each month and add several new color variations of that theme. This month we’ve chosen the Bizco them. We added 7 new colors – black, brown, green, orange, purple, red and yellow – in addition to the original blue. We also created church version of each. Here’s a screenshot of the Bizco Green Church theme in action:
You can switch your website to one of these themes by logging into the WP-EZ dashboard for your website and clicking the “Switch Theme” option in the menu on the left.

I received the email announcing the addition of the font and size option to the page editor. So far those option have not available. Do I have to doing something to activate it, or is it not available with a bronze hosting package. I went to edit a page and creating a new page and none of the new options were available. I just rolled our site to WP-EZ about two weeks ago. Thank you for your assistance.
Hi John, thanks for letting us know. It looks like when we distribute a new feature it’s not going to sites that have migrated but not activated their WP-EZ site. We manually added this feature to your site. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
For anyone else who is reading this, we are reworking the system we use to distribute updates so migrated but not activated WP-EZ sites get all past and future updates.
