One of the questions I’m often asked is, “How do I know if my website needs to be redesigned?”
Here are 12 reasons to make that move.
1) Your site looks unprofessional and is embarrassing.
2) Your organization’s mission has shifted.
3) Your communications strategy has changed.
4) Your logo/color scheme has changed.
5) Your current site isn’t integrated with social media tools.
6) People are constantly asking you were stuff is on the website because they can’t find it on their own.
7) Your site takes too long to load.
8 ) Your site is difficult or time-consuming to update or only one person can update it.
9) Your site has a high bounce rate (most people who come to your site view just one page and then leave)
10) The guy who created your current site left the organization and you have no idea what he was doing.
11) You’ve had the current design for more than 3 years.
12) Your website is good and you want to make it even better now rather than wait until it’s obsolete.

My website is dead. I am disappointed with the company I have. I sent them all of my pictures and readings. I have many errors that were not corrected. I talked to at least five or six people and have not gotten any results. I was to have audio, but I

Paul, I am a real dummy about website building and iIam very new to it. I have read your Weviews and appreciate the comments.
I don't have access to graphs which you have made very plain that they are a must.
I also have not figured out how to do the links.
I need help with my site but I don't have the money to hire anyone.

My name is Charles Pedley. I often recommend sites like OurChurch and at least 2 others which accomplish the goal of communication between members and the person looking for a church. Static websites are okay but in the pews there are members who will NEVER know who else has the interests they do and therefore NEVER connect with each other, thereby wasting an opportunity to fellowship. Websites which are one way out from the church are past tense…. but if members have an opportunity to interact, then you are providing more fellowship than some fellowship meetings! The stronger the connections with other members, the more chance a newcomer will stay.
