Earlier this week, I had the unfortunate experience of being involved in a car accident. I was driving east on a 6-lane divided highway approaching an intersection, when a driver heading west turned left in front of me (when I had a green light). The result was a collision where my car and the car in the lane to the right of me, collided with the car illegally turning in front of us. Praise the Lord that I and the others involved in the collision had only minor injuries, however, my car is beyond repair.
Now I find myself in the unenviable position of needing to purchase a replacement vehicle. Because of no fault of my own, I will spend dozens of hours dealing with the insurance companies, rental car, and shopping for a replacement. Even though insurance will provide some payment for the totaled car, I will spend thousands of dollars on a replacement car. Very frustrating!
For some people, they have been through a similar situation with their website. They built a site themselves or had a website built by someone who is no longer monitoring/updating their website software for them and as a result the site was hacked or destroyed beyond repair.
The great thing is, this doesn’t need to happen! When OurChurch.Com builds/hosts our clients’ websites, we are regularly monitoring and updating their website for them. This minimizes the possibility of any problems occurring. However, even if there is an issue, we will resolve the problem for the client and they can sit back and relax! This is all part of the Full Service Support Service that we provide with our Custom Websites: No more spending hundreds or thousands of dollars, or taking many hours yourself to try to fix the problem yourself.

This is an excellent question to ask. I'm sure most of us have not thought about web site "worst case scenarios" when such a valuable business tool is unavailable. Thanks for asking!
My pleasure!
