Who is Whitesburg United Methodist Church?
Meet Chris Nicolson, who had previously built the website for Whitesburg United Methodist Church in Whitesburg, GA. We had the pleasure of assisting Chris in optimizing the organization of certain pages for the church’s site.
The Vision Statement of Whitesburg United Methodist Church is, “To be a welcoming, inclusive congregation engaged in passionate worship in Christ, spiritual development, and outreach to the community and the world”.
What were the issues that were keeping their website from achieving its goals?
Although the church’s website contained all the necessary information, it failed to convey its welcoming and friendly nature effectively.
Some of the issues were:
- The website had photos of the empty church
- The text was a little hard to read
- Some of the pages were not very well organized.

The end result is a website that prominently presents the vision statement of Whitesburg United Methodist Church. Visitors will be captivated by “The Church” passionately engaged in worship, depicted through compelling visuals. Furthermore, the pages have been meticulously organized to ensure ease of reading and navigation.
