Because you paid for a year of the bronze hosting package in May, your renewal isn't due until May 2011. But if you were to renew now, the cost would be $74.75 instead of the regular price of $99 for a year of service.
That sounds good for the renewal–a bargain always sounds good! I am glad to be getting help from the support team. What I was thinking if I just delete my entries and enter brand new ones. Maybe I could keep up that way.
